We, St. Paul’s Bereavement Committee, believe that as we are supportive of people in times of joy, we also want to walk with those in times of sadness, loneliness and mourning, and help them bear their burden of sorrow.
Three sessions are planned for Sunday mornings starting in late November and will be held in the St Paul Family Room (enter at Door #4 near the Gym) from 10:30 – 12:00. The facilitator will be Cathy Labinski, a retired hospice chaplain.
On November 23, an overview of the grieving process will be presented. On November 30, we will focus on how to take care of oneself as one moves through the grieving process. On December 7, ideas will be shared on how to get through the holidays which are just around the corner.
Please RSVP to St. Paul Parish Office at 262-968-3865 to let us know you will attend – or just come. We want to help you walk through the holidays without your loved one. St. Paul Parish is in Genesee Depot at the intersection of Hwy D and Hwy 83. Park in the far lot past the bell tower on the west side of the campus, enter at Door #4.
