On Sunday, October 26, students from grades 6 through 8 participated in the Middle School Retreat, which was held at St. Paul’s. Twenty middle school students attended the event, supported and guided by a dedicated team of 12 high school student leaders.
The retreat began with Mass, setting a reflective tone for the day. Following Mass, participants enjoyed a variety of games designed to encourage teamwork and engagement. The schedule also included small group discussions and interactive activities, allowing students to connect more deeply with one another.
During the midday break, everyone gathered for a pizza lunch, providing an opportunity to relax and socialize. Later in the day, the retreat featured Adoration and prayer, offering moments for personal reflection and spiritual growth.
The central theme of the retreat was “Friendships.” Throughout the day, activities and discussions focused on exploring relationships- both with others and with God. Students were encouraged to think about the importance of building and nurturing healthy connections in their lives.
The retreat proved to be an enjoyable and meaningful experience for all who attended. Students left with new insights into their friendships and faith, and the day was marked by fun, fellowship, and personal growth.
